Your Privacy Choices
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state laws (Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Virginia CDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Phayan does not sell your data. We do use tracking, and it is worth being exact about which: PostHog for product analytics, and, when configured, Google Analytics for site usage and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to tell whether an advert led anywhere. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel are not currently configured, so none of them runs today. The button below switches off the ones a state law would call “sharing” the moment any of them is turned on. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Opt out of all sharing
Use the button below to record an opt-out signal for this browser. We will stop sharing your information with advertising partners and disable optional analytics and functional cookies.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Phayan honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. When your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we record an opt-out automatically on every request, so you do not need to click the button above.
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on their behalf. Email support@phayan.com with proof of authorization.
